When will I know whether I'm getting the Longhorn Network on ATT Uverse in Dallas? I don't want to change but will.

Same question here regarding Verizon Fios in the Dallas metroplex. Verizon says they have no plans for it yet. I have requested it at the Getlonghornetwork.com site. I would change carriers if I have to.

makes me wonder why any provider in Texas wouldn't carry it. I'm also waiting to find out if TWC in Austin will carry it. If not, I'm switching to one that does.

I don't think any carrier has said they will or will not carry it yet. I know Comcast in Houston still says they have no plans to carry it. Has anyone heard for sure that their provider will supply the network?

I don't believe anyone has announced plans yet. However with the ESPN push both satellites will carry it as well as TW since TW has an ownership stake. The TW ownership stake probably means no Comcast.
