Longhorn Meat Market

I walked in for the first time this morning. It was slightly crazy, since it's Saturday of Memorial day weekend. Anyone have experiences with this place? It looks pretty awesome. I've never lived close to a meat market not named "HEB" before.

2) I wasn't sure if this was going to be about a Band or a place to buy meat.

There was a billboard outside a small venue in Santa Monica, CA a few years ago that listed the band "Kosher Meat Market" as one of the acts that weekend. I thought that that was a great name for a band.
