Are 28 LOI's in, or 26? Has Peter Jinkins been confirmed?
Has the "mystery recruit," who may be Torshiro Davis been confirmed, or does he have a signing announcement press conference at 10:30 a.m.?
And is DGB officially signed with Missouri?
These are all the remaining uncertainties that I know of at this point.
I think Davis and DGB both will hold announcement pressers soon.

The mystery recruit does indeed seem to be Torshiro Davis. His LOI is unsigned and there is a "hat ceremony" set on the table at his HS for a reported 10:30 press conference (that could come earlier).

Jinkins is now supposedly in as he was (for some reason) waiting until 10am.
