Of course I am sure she will but it is funny when you are so toxic, you are having trouble finding decent representation in hollywood. she makes britney look level headed.

I do suspect that she received excessively harsh punishment as a result of who she is and her attitude toward the Court. With this said, an appeal is a termendous waste of money because there is little doubt that the judge has the power to do what she did. I am surprised Lohan cannot find a lawyer who will tell her what she wants to hear.

Pop Tarts? Is the author of this article assuming i know what this is?

Once a lawyer takes a case , it is hard for him to quit. Judges will enforce contempt in some instances......where is rpongetti when you need him?

If the chronology provided in this link is anywhere near accurate, then pretty much anybody would be doing time and rehab. You just don't get away with not completing mandated classes and consuming alcohol when your probation conditions prohibit alcohol consumption and you are on probation for alcohol related offenses.

Meh, I raise both middle fingers, which have the same thing written on the nails as hers did in court. ..l.. ..l..

She fought the law and the law won. Boo hoo.

It seems that for every Joseph Gordon-Leavitt -- a child star who manages to grow up well and become a responsible adult -- there are dozens of Lindsey Lohans, Todd Bridges, Adam Riches, and Dana Platos, all of whom seem to remain in some form of arrested development.

It's sad, really, and it should make you appreciate the Gordon-Leavitts and Ron Howards of the world all the more.

I do not do criminal work, but I manage to see a bunch of criminal matters while waiting for my hearings to start. For personal drug offenses and parole violations, I have seen people get a bunch of extra chances because the jails would otherwise be even more overcrowded than they already are. I don't really give a **** whether she goes to jail and it sounds like she needs to go, but 90 days seems a bit harsh.

Texanne - perspective. Ron Howard credits his Dad for giving them an upbringing as near normal as possible. From what I understand, they grew up in a middle class neighborhood and not in some ritzy location.

Lindsay, on the other hand.....
