YES! 3-star Charlie is up to his old tricks. In my opinion, based on reviews by others, this was a guy they should have offered and taken earlier, but I'm so glad that he did it in the nick of time. The guy fits perfectly for the safety/nickelback position and has good speed and coverage abilities. Pretty much a replacement for Tim Irvin, though not as highly rated.
It was impressive how a whole UT team of recruits were going after him today. And they did the job for Charlie!

That is commit #26 (not counting Merrick). 4 spots left to give, and 1 to keep for a grad transfer QB.

EDIT/Update
: Unsure if the flip is final. He tweeted he hasn't, but then deleted the tweets too.

Well, he tweeted "I didn't switch to anybody" and "Yall thought I did!," but then deleted both those tweets. Now, we don't know what is up.

Apparently he was going to announce it at 9 am tomorrow, but the news came out. My guess: He probably wanted to keep suspense when he tweeted. Then saw that it was all too late, gave up, and deleted his tweets. But we will see....

Recruiting... man, the drama!

Horns247 is probably the most reliable site out there. They usually do not report something unless they have verified sources. Especially Bobby Burton who broke the story. He and horns247 actually take a lot of criticism from their subscribers for being slow to break stories and often being even negative rather than pumping Texas sunshine, unless they are sure. Bobby said he is standing by the source and the story. They may have ruined the kid's "moment" tomorrow, but in that case the source who leaked the info is to bee blamed, not the news site.

Deandre Baker just sent out an awesome tweet boys. 2 have flipped in last few hours. It's like the scene from breaking bad when Walt orchestrated simultaneous killings. Oregon and Georgia were tonight's victims
