Lobster tail on the grill

Get my new Weber Genesis Silver B delivered tomorrow and want to do some cooking over the weekend.

Wanted to do a grilled lobster tail one night. Anyone have a particularly good recipe or tips for doing lobster on the grill? Haven't done one before so any guidance would be appreciated.

Warm water does better on the grill. I just get skizzers and split it down the back and gently remove the meat and then put it back in the shell. It's a pain in the *** to get it out once it is cooked. I just add some butter and grill it shell down until it's done. I usually give it a little time face down to give the meat some color. Doesn't take much time at all. Butter is the only seasoning I give them.

That pretty much covers it. I have nothing to add, but just wanted to comment on the word "skizzers." I like it a bunch.

i hooked up with a skizzer last weekend!

I think we have an idea for the dude seeking business opportunities.

Our product will be called Skizzers® (patent pending). It will be sort of like a bigass swiss army knife for the grill. Skizzers for splitting lobster tails, heavy duty bottle opener, etc.

For the lobster tails

olive oil
pepper
salt (koshure)

Sauce
1 pint yogurt or sour cream
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup horseradish
Dill

Mix together and drizzle over you grilled lobster tails.
