Little Mexico sucks. I was in a plane that flew over mexico once and this makes me an expert on all things mexican. You are an idiot. The only REAL mexican food in Austin is made in an abandoned buliding in Southeast Austin illegally and without those stupid 'health codes' that you silly people worry about.

It's on S. 1st, not north of it. But it is just north of Oltorf on the west side of S. 1st.

Little Mexico is our current south austin fav (west side) for mex/tex-mex. They make a killer breakfast - huevos rancheros, migas, tacos, etc. Ditto on the salsa - seriously hot, but also quite flavorful. I had the burrito last time I went in, and I was full for a week and a half. Excellent stuff.
