Of all those teams listed, Denver is the one I would most like to see him at. Great coach, beautiful city, great fans and more potential than those other teams at this time.

An interesting proposition indeed. There's no crystal ball out there for this one--it's a gamble, to be sure. Could be a huge pick-up for someone ... or, I should say, it "will" be a huge pick-up for someone; it could even work out well

Arizona and Detroit..over the last 10 years.are there any worse teams to play for? I know Miami is down and Oakland is down but man i'm not sure there are any worse over the long haul than AZ and DET

Poor guy??? Hell no! How many guys back on the docks and chemical plants of his hometown of LaPorte would do anything to make the type of money he is making?

The Lions are screwed up no doubt, but Rogers isn't exactly killing himself to get in shape and in some perverse way there is a symmetry to their relationship.

Actually July of last year. He's getting paid big but I wonder if he'd left if the Lions weren't going to franchise him.

Sorry but when it comes to people who literally can be set for life if they just put done the freaking knife and fork I have no sympathy regardless how bad the organization.

Be it compensation, working conditions, or bosses I really don't have any pity for pro athletes. Not jealous of them either. They are paid to do something few can which is great and they should get every penny they can, but the guy has too many reasons and too many resources available to keep himself in decent shape regardless of the Lions organization.
