No one NEEDS a cell phone. It, like a lot of things, is a luxury.

It really is amazing how lazy and unmotivated this country is turning, and how it should always be "the rich" paying for things.

Making 250K is not "rich".

My definition of 'rich' is having enough in the bank/investments/etc where you can live off the interest/earnings/profit and have enough to pay your expenses and the things you want to do in life, travel, play, whatever. That number will vary for a lot of people.

This cell phoneprogram did start under Bush in 2008 BUT it was intended to be one phone per household, Before that a landline would be provided,
No one would argue that a phone in a household is a necessity

Check your phone bill, we pay for it every month

WHAT has changed under BO is the tremendous increase in phones given .
And this increase is coming with NO overight on who is getting them. That is a problem that should be addressed.

What is also diffferent is the advertising being done. So we are paying for advertising which is increasing the phones being given out to who knows how many in the saem houseldhold and who knows how many each are being given since there is no oversight.

The lady cheering for her " obamaphone" had lead to the misconception BO created this program.
