As long as he's laying them off as a true business decision and not for spite, I can't really fault the guy. Elections do have consequences.

Why is he a coward? He sees his costs per employee and regulatory costs going up and feels that to stay viable he has to reduce costs somehow. I'm guessing that since many of his employees are Hispanic that his is a service business, so he may have few ways to cut costs other than payroll. He's trying to survive. Nothing cowardly about that.

I call a radio station and say I hired 100 people because Obama won. Or would that be ********, too?

The benefits should get cheaper with more healthy people in - and that's supposed to lower cost. I hope that's true, but it hasn't happened yet.
