PacSER 500+ Posts Jul 15, 2004 #1 What does this mean? It bothers me daily! Some people have license plates with either radio operator or dealer on them, above the numbers. I just wanna knock on their door and ask for a dime sack but I know that is not what it means. So, what do these two things mean?
