Are there a list of bars/restaurants that have the longhorn network? I searched, but didn't find anything.

I've heard some of the "Third Base" locations in Austin and Round Rock have it, but suggest you call and confirm.

When I saw the Rice game at Third Base in Round Rock, it was jam packed--standing room for most of us.
