He played plenty against ISU (20 minutes), so that should rule out the doghouse angle.
Through the ISU game he has played 234 minutes on the year, or almost 17 minutes per game on average. He logged 5 minutes at TCU and only 9 minutes the game prior (KSU). But against the first two opponents since Ridley's injury, UConn and Tech, he logged 23 and 29 minutes respectively.
So I think the disparity in Tevin's minutes is a matter of Shaka tinkering with the lineup and substitution patterns, and perhaps responding to foul trouble in the games since Cam has been out. Not so much a doghouse or injury thing.
