Let's talk upsets

Butler over Tennessee? Thats a tough call because I follow the Horizon League VERY closely believe it or not and Butler is a sketchy team. Their strategy on offense is literally to work you to death by passing the ball around a thousand a one times before the shot clock expires and then shoot a three. They will take it to the basket occasionally if they see an opportunity but they are VERY perimeter oriented. They are also very suspect on defense because of their lack of athleticism. Tennessee on the other hand is very athletic and can and will push the ball on butler. They will where them down physically inside and they have the athletes to get out and guard Butlers players man to man. I watched a lot of Butler basketball this year and for some reason teams would try to play match up zone with them, keying in on Graves. Tennessee should man them up and I am predicting a blow out in that game if it were to happen.

Zona over Duke is another tough call. Zona has been in some tough games with some good teams. However, Bayless, although won hell of a ball player seems to faulter in the last minute of the game, whether the score is tied and he is looked upon to hit a game winner, or down by two and looking to tie (See Stanford Arizona game from about a month back). I don't see the dookies with all that experience losing to such an inexperienced team. Now for My upset picks....

Winthrop over Washing St.
George Mason over ND
USC over Wisconsin
Marquette over Stanford
Louisville over Tennessee
