Congrats on the #1 seed Longhorns!

I like our bracket. ND has fallen apart the last few games but don't get it twisted. They will be ready for the big dance and knock out TCU.

I believe we will meet ND in the E8.

I understand why the committee put the #1 seed California schools in Spokane and the #1 seed SEC teams in Birmingham but I don't like it. If the #1 make it to the final four it will be a replay of the conference championship games.

I agree with her points. Why schedule tough early and have it held against you come tourney time. Doesn't seem to hurt LSU much.
(but I do need that SEC Tourny to move around. There is no reason it should stay in SC. Attendance and viewership is up everywhere. Moving it around is another way of growing the sport in more areas.)
 
YOU KEEP TALKING DAWN. SCHEDULE LIGHT, PLAY SEC AND GET A #1 SEED. CAUSE THERE IS NO UPSIDE TO TRAVELING THE COUNTRY, PLAYING TOUGH OUT OF CONFERENCE. Anyone could see SC was playing the best ball heading into tournament.
But that's just my opinion.

I agree with the committee regarding South Carolina’s seeding.
Head to head (convincing) loss to UCLA and a 29 point beat down on their own home court by UConn is pretty compelling. SC lost to three teams, UCLA just one and they avenged it in the conference tournament.

Many thought Texas would be the 4th overall seed so I was glad the committee gave them more credit than that with the 3rd.

I’m just really glad they didn’t get sent to Spokane. The difference in travel costs is considerable for fans and the time zone sucks. I’m planning to go to Birmingham but Spokane was out of the question. Plus, it’s Spokane!
