Our 6-8 post Freshman outplays their senior player of their conference who happens to be 6-11, and this guy(senior 6-11) is supposed to be playing in the NBA next year??

I watched almost the entire game, Tristan is either going to the NBA next year or the other guy is not.

But I thought I read that Tristan is too short for the NBA.

This is classic college versus pro. It's the same reason why, while Colt was clearly a better college QB than Clausen, Clausen was drafted in the 1st round and Colt in the 3rd round.

I thought they both played well, with TT slightly outplaying him b/c of the blocks. You can't teach height, which he has and TT does not. Having said that both will be drafted. I hope TT develops some semblance of an outside game.

TT needs to learn to play outside a bit. If so, he's long enough to make a living at the 4 in the NBA. But he needs to take a lesson from GJ and Karl Malone and develop the 15 footer. He is not ready at this point. Needs one more year. If he left now he would not be a lottery pick (he may never be) but he would be drafted b/c he is insanely talented. If he were 6'10'' and didn't have a 15-foot jumper, he'd still be a lottery pick. That 2 inches is extremely important in today's game.

Not only is Tristan's talent immense, he's got a motor that never stops. Dude simply outworks taller and/or higher-rated NBA prospects like Benson, Perry Jones, etc.
