Left Handed Golf Clubs

Looking for a resonable priced adult starter set for my son for Christmas. One hundred to one fifty range. EIther new or used is fine.Any quick suggestions would be apprciated. Thanks in advance.

how is teaching him to play right handed and it working a myth? the poster said it worked for him. i have left handed clubs, but can play right handed w/ little problem. might want to take him to a golf shop and have him swing from both sides. one might feel better/more natural than the other.

I'm as lefty as it gets but play golf right handed. I think it's an advantage because my power hand is at the top of the club. I feel like I am able to generate more clubhead speed. I do hit the ball about 1 club farther than my buddies, so I'm able to reach way out into the woods and water hazards

the myth is that Hogan was a lefty who learned to play righty. jeez...

If you feel comfortable playing righthanded, do it. Lefties are at a big disadvantage when it comes to buying equipment. Most golf shops are not able to provide a a good variety of clubs to demo to lefthanders. There are so few lefties that trying your lefthanded friends' clubs is limited also.
