No offense, and I'm certainly not saying I could do it, but that dunk really isn't all that impressive. If you break it down, the throw is the only difficult part of the whole thing, as he puts it through his legs and throws it off the backboard in the air. Other than putting it through his legs, he's merely throwing a self alley-oop off the backboard.

It was a nice dunk but when did Sportscenter show highlights of WARMUPS? I know, I know it's ESPN and LeBron. If he did that in a game then great. Pregame....whooptifreakindoo. But they were playin the Knicks.
