Leaking Dishwasher Problem

The lat couple time I have run my dishwasher, puddles have been leaked from the bottom of it onto my kitchen floor. Not a deluge, mind you, but there nonetheless.

Any ideas as to the cause?

First step, check the magnetic strip around the door. Sometimes deposits (minerals, etc.) can get on there preventing a real good seal and allowing minor leakage. Clean that real good and see if it solves your problem.

Thanks. Seal seems to be fine. swabbed up the floor, We'll see if it keeps puddling now. May need a plumber.

It's not uncommon for the seal (gasket) around the door to need replacement after 5 or 10 years. They get a little stiff with age and don't seal properly although they may appear to be fine. The ones I've done were a very simple job since they were designed for easy replacement.
