I wasflipping channels and made a rare visit to MSNBC where Lawrence O'Donnel was grilling the attorney for Zimmerman. I was interested to hear from the attorney in more than a couple of sound bites -- but it was clear that O'Donnel had different intentions for the interview and wouldn't let the guy make any of his points. It was brutal and uncomfortable to watch, so I changed channels thinking "If I were him I'd walk of the set. I guess I wasn't the only one thinking that. The Link
That didn't stop the anchor from asking a lot of tough questions to the empty chair.

MSNBC is ******* creepy.

I must apoligize for an error in the post starter. The person I saw speaking was Joe Oliver, a friend, not the attorney for Zimmerman, and though I didn't watch to the end, apparantly Oliver did man up and handle the O'Donnel Interview, showing a lot more poise and cool than I could have shown in such circumstances.

I felt sorry for the Oliver dude because Lawrence exposed him for the fraud he apparently is.. Having to own up to not being "close" to the murderer; suggesting that he quit his job to advocate for Zimmerman, having to admit he advanced a version of events he had no personal knowlege of... his credibility was totally destroyed. One would think that as a former CNN reporter, he would have shown more poise under pressure.
I think he blew his chance for the spot on FOX. That's all he's about anyway.
