Very creative. I'm not sure where I stand on this. I typically defend owners rights and promote smaller government interference, but I also hate smelling like an ash tray when I get home. I like the idea of non-smoking bars but apparently when competing against smoking bars, they would lose or else why wouldn't they exist now?

Regardless, I applaud the bar owners doing what they can to fight a law they disagree with in a legal and non-violent way. That is what this country is all about.
