11/14 vs Aldine Nimitz - (no box score found)

11/18 vs Houston Memorial - 33 pts

The Houston Chronicle only seems to list points in its boxscores:

11/20 vs Fort Worth North Crowley- 41 pts

11/21 vs Pflugerville - 32 pts

Folks, she's averaging 33.8 points a game so far. Take a bow, Lauren!

not counting the game against Nimitz (couldn't find any boxscore for it), which was a loss, Lauren is scoring 52% of her team's pts. I don't know if that is good or not. For sure, she can score when she needs to but it doesn't seem like she has a lot of help.

It will be nice to have a PG who can light it up on any given night.

After watching and reading about how Ashleigh Fontenette and Yvonne Anderson have played in their first 8 games at Texas, I have no doubt that Lauren will follow in the same mold. If Gail is offering a guard a scholarship, it's because she can play.

And, if Gail wants Tayler Hill, then you know she's special, too.
