Since it looks Darius White is going to the dark side would DeAndrew White be an alternative? He is #93 in Rivals 100. Are there grade or personality risks?

From what I understand, we don't sit well with several of these...

LS - From what I gather from some of the pay sites, Mack and Co are fed up with his entourage and shenanigans. As crazy as it sounds, some folks are saying that even if he were to commit today, the coaches would be hesitant. From what I understand they have pulled out of the circus. Think Perilloux part deux.

Darius White and some name tag bs with another player who is maybe trying to be a package deal has soured the relationship. Apparently DW doesn't feel "comfortable" in Austin.

Mathews has said it is now between USC and aggy.

Jeffcoat has played it pretty close to the vest, which is actually refreshing given the usual drama that unfolds, but it looks like USC is the team to beat.

To miss out on LS, DW and JJ, being #2,3, and 6 in the national 100 would be pretty tough to take. Perhaps if we have a great year, which I think we will, some of these recruits may change their minds about Texas, but things aren't looking great with this batch of kids.

THe good news is that the last few years we have had the #5, 5, 12, and 5 ranked classes, and given the 18 we have on board for this class it isn't going to suck so bad to miss out on some of these backyard blue chips.

If y'all think that the tone is too negative or don't agree with the content of this post I will gladly take it down... I don't want to negatively effect anything and would hate to be a Debbie Downer. I want these players so badly to come to Texas.
