I've got three nights in Vegas coming up and need advice on great places to eat. I've already done Mesa Grill, but am looking for suggestions on great food/peoplewatching. Thanks.

go to the restaurant and bar at the top of mandalay bay. be prepared to spend some $. It's worth it

Mesa Grill is rather good but certainly not great, so you have lots of room for improvement.

For peoplewatching: Mix, N9NE, Nobu, Tao
For great meals: Bar Charlie, Picasso, Craftsteak, Guy Savoy, L'atelier de Joel Rubochon, Alex, and a few more that I have not tried..

Mix on top of "The Hotel" @ Mandalay.....bar is cool, rest. is cool, modern, and the food is awesome....And the Talent, OH the Talent!
