No, I comes in spray bottles (like a Windex bottle). For big jobs, you can buy it in concentrate and mix with water in a pump up sprayer. You can find it almost everywhere that sells garden supplies.

The only thing you have to worry about is that it doesn't discriminate. It will kill weeds, grass, flowers, etc.
