This may have been a repeat or old news, but I caught a segment with Lance on Jon Stewart's show a few days ago. He looked good, was respectful of the latest Tour's winner while admitting some personality clashes with him, and appears to be poised to seriously contend for the 2010 Tour tile.

I hope he wins.
 
His team just opened their tour training camp in Arizona somewhere. I would like to know how they go about trying to beat Contador. You know they measure the wattage of the power of Lance's pedal strokes, and they must estimate how much power Contador generates.
They design a training program to match or exceed what Contador achieved last year. First of all, can Lance elevate his conditioning to those levels? Secondly, was that all Contador could do? He only had to go hard enough to win. Maybe he can do more.
Those are the things that make this sport so interesting. How do you beat someone like that, you may not even be quite at the peak of his possible athletic powers?
 
Contador cannot win the Tour by himself...sure he is a great rider, but if Lance has the better team, he may have a chance.

Actually, I don't wish crashing on anyone. Did that last March and still have problems w my crash-side hip and elbow even w the skin all grown back. Mind boggling how those guys get right back up and take off at Olympic speeds.
