Lakers had the easiest 1st round series and it was no suprise that they swept. Now up 2-0 against Jazz and looking very strong. Jazz are very good at home.....Anybody think they have a chance at sweeping the Jazz?

They are a machine right now. I don't necessarily think they'll sweep the Jazz, but I'd be shocked if they don't make it to the Finals.

This is a total thread hijack, but...

I would like to point out that trying to figure out who is in fat crazy hippies signature picture can send someone down a serious wikipedia rabbit hole. First Stallman, then GNU, then GNUpedia, then Bill Gates open letter to hobbyist, continued fractions, Bill Gosper, hacker ethic, The mathematics genealogoy project, ...

My advice is to just remain happily oblivious.

Back on topic - Lakers cruise in 4. I hate the Lakers.

They are playing great, but Utah rarely loses at home, so expect them to take a game or two there.

What is crazy about how good LA is playing, NO is playing BETTER. They have blown out every game they have played against much better competition. I would not write the Lakers in the Finals yet.

Sloan will have the Jazz playing for their lives. It won't be a Lakers sweep. And, I hate the Lakers, too.

Lol...how things change in a game or two. I said how great NO was playing and SA has brought them back to reality.

At least my prediction of the Lakers losing a couple in Utah came true!

doesn't help when Gasol would have to be knocked into 3rd row to get a foul called.

I guess next thread should be who has better shot at pulling the upset.....SA or Utah?

maybe not, no lower seeded teams down 0-2 now have both tied their respective series. It is not a big upset but still, for discussion. I would think many felt vastly different about both of these series after the 1st 2 games than they do now.

Guess you could add the Cavs into that discussion as well.
