Lady Bears to have first open practice

on October 16 at 5 p.m.. That's the first official one open and sounds like there will be others.

ahh, good memories of when UT also had them. That's a Friday. Wonder if I can justify taking off work to go get my first glimpse of Griner?

Way to rub it in Babhorn

Yeah, that's a great idea. Let's all drive up to Waco to watch practice. We not only have no known open practices, we have no Orange and White night and no exhibition games on the schedule. I keep hoping they just haven't announced the exhibition games yet. With this program, they're probably doing some kind of closed scrimmages instead!

If we do have an open practice or two, we can be sure everything will be carefully planned so that it isn't like a real practice at all. More

hoopsalot, hate to burst your bubble,but there will be no exhibition games this season, per the UT sports info office. The UTSA game will be the first chance to the team in a game situation. Still keeping my fingers crossed that they will announce an open practice or two.
