LA Times Stokes the Enemy

Gone To Texas

The LA Times, citing its desire "to report vigorously and impartially on all aspects of the American mission in Afghanistan" published gruesome photos of US soliders posing with dead Afghan insurgents. I'm sure our friends the Taliban, AQ, etc. will appreciate this: WARNING potentially graphic images at The Link

My question is: when is the last time the LA TImes or any other media outlet in the US for that matter, posted photos of dead US soldiers in the interest of "vigorous, impartial" reporting?

Of all the nerve. All the guy wanted to do was kill the soldiers and all their friends. Where do they get off mocking the guy?

I'd be a lot more moved by the Times' stance if they spent half as much time talking about the massacres of Christians in Africa and the Middle East by Muslims.

So it's the fault of the LA Times for not acceding to the censorship requests of the government?

That's the real problem here?
