In preparation for the Arkansas game/tailgate/pig roast this year, our group plans to do a practice run in a few weeks.
We have one of these: La Caja China
1) Anyone ever used one before? I watched my brother in law roast a pig a few years back, and it seemed fairly easy, as memory serves.
2) Any other general tips / suggestions / hints for a successful pig roast?
