Bellow stays on for the ninth and looks to get the save for the Horns.

Conlon leads off from the left side for the Wildcats.
A big overhand breaker comes in for a called strike three and a big first out against a good hitter.

Serratore up also from the left side and pops the first pitch up foul on the left side and Boswell has it for two gone.

Krause bats righty as the last hope for KSU and he grounds to short and the 6-3 ends the game.

Texas wins the game 3-1 and the series as they lead it 2-0 with one to play.

The Horns with some quality pitching from Hollingsworth and Bellow and just enough hitting to get the sweep.

Be back tomorrow as Texas goes for the sweep of the series against KSU and maybe move into no worse than a share of first place in the Big 12. :hookem2::bevo:

:hookem: with aggy, rice and TCU right now in line to get regionals Texas is in key part of season where need to wrack up a bunch of wins. Big game today for a possible sweep.

Brown bats also from the right side with one away.
A tight slider is called strike three and that's two gone on the backwards K. Still need an emoticon for that!

Go old school and use lower case k for called strike 3.
