Kristina Higgins to Baylor

I disagree. Our recruiting has been improving. We have a top post and point guard committed for the class of 2013. Also Cokie Reed will return to the line up after sitting out this year with a foot injury/surgery. Cokie will have 3 years of eligibility left.

This is the class we signed this year. Plus we have transfer Kayla Brewer who should become eligible at the end of the fall semester for next season. For 2012 we have highly rated guard Peyton Little.

I agree with txsnos. our recruiting is looking very good. anyone thinking that recruiting is not cutting it, is not looking at what is actually going on.

It remains to be seen how our recruiting is going. Until we can improve on our .500 conference record, our recruiting is suspect. Hopefully, the recruits that GG has landed will lead us back to the top, but on paper, we're still trailing A&M and OU and have only made some headway against Baylor in the last 2 years as far as recruiting goes. Next year will go a long way in telling us how good a recruiter GG is.

The negative things that you are hearing this year. You will not hear a word next year. Please log into different web sites for Girls High School Basketball. And then you will understand what type of recruits we have coming.GG is doing a excellent job.I like how she got C.Fussel to Texas out of Tennessee. And she was not even in the Top 100 in Recruits. Now thats clocking talent!

people really have short memories. First year, was 7-9, second 8-8, third 10-6, this year, so far, 6-5. We have been steadily getting better. This year, we ran into injuries. But we still have an excellent shot at finishing no less than 8-8 and maybe better. And that is better than a lot of people seemed to expect when the news about Cokie came out.
