kids blow up rafts

So,
For Easter I bought my 6 yr old nephew a few things for the family house in the hill country. I bought him a bow and some arrows, a mask, snorkel and fin set, and a one small one man blow up raft.

I had one of these rafts when I was growing up. It is the "dingy" style raft with the oar holders, but it didn't come with oars. I bought everything at Academy, but they didn't have the cheap oars like I had when I was growing up that fit in the round oar holders.

Anyone know where I might find those?

I got one of those as a kid and remember the cheap raft coming with the cheap oars and then having a leak shortly after scraping the first pebble. I'd just return it and get your kids something else.

In response to your post, I'm surprised Academy didn't sell the oars. Perhaps they were just OOS? If they sell kayaks and canoes, I'm pretty sure they have kid-size oars...

I have gotten collapsible (the shaft extends up & down with a twist lock action) oars @ Academy; takes up less space in my Jonboat.
