Kenny George's Career Over

I read there or somewhere else that his career is over.

You bring up a valid point. Has a person with a foot prosthetic ever played college basketball? I know that there have been some one-armed kids (or 1 1/2 arms) play high school ball. Considering that George is not terribly fast anyway, if he can get a good prosthetic, it may not affect his game much. However, he would need a few years to get acclimated to it and an extension from the NCAA, which I would hope they would grant.

Many years ago, probably 20 now, a KU recruit lost a foot while, IIRC, horsing around near a railroad track. He tried to come back from the injury but didn't make it.
