Karma is a beyotch

I have a big family. And like any big family, just because someone is related to you, doesn't mean they're cool. They work in the family business and are compensated very well, but have always been jealous of my parents, who own the business of course.

My brother and sister in law had a baby shower and they gave them two dollars (they thought it wouldn't be tracked of course). Big slap in the face and an awful insult. You do that to a member of the mafia, the sh!t would hit the fan. Well, anyway, their car broke down when they were headed out of town and now it will cost them 800 dollars to fix.

As I understand Karma, the government is now tracking your brother and sister in law's expenditures.

Just to clarify, are you upset that someone you don't like didn't give your family enough money? Personally, I'm not inclined to hand out cash to people who don't think much of me.

Questions:

1. Who is jealous of your parents?

2. Who gave your brother and sister-in-law $2.00?

3. Who is "they" in reference to the matter about "they didnt know it would be tracked."

4. Whose car broke down?

5. If there are family members that are bad employees, why are they members of the family business?

6. Do your parents have any involvement with this story other than the fact that they are owners of the family business?

I can think the inference from the original post is that the OP's parents own a business and employ family members who are ungrateful and gave a really cheap gift of $2.00 to the OP's brother thinking they would be doing so without being discovered as the donors of the cheap gift.

Sorry. So, the gift to my bro and sis in law was two dollars. Everyone else gave a nice gift card or 50 to 200 bucks. This aunt and uncle are not fond of my parents and that was one way they expressed it.

Parents will actually give them each 2 bucks as their bonus (bonus not part of salary anyway). They usually give alot more than that to everyone. But, it will be two bucks per person.

I always take a bunch of $2 bills to Vegas for tips at the valet park, the drink chicks, and whoever has their hand out.

ive been to a few italian weddings and witnessed the money bag deal. from what i know of it, $2.00 would be an insult.

I'm not Italian, but yeah, it's a big insult. My family is sort of from the old country, if that makes sense. Italians and Asian cultures seem to have alot of similarities. It's about family. No guns though, lol.

But, I think alot of cultures not related to the UK share similar ideals, for better or worse.

I grew up with a Karmi and she is anything but a *****. One of the nicest girls I've ever met. And attractive.... whoooo-weeee!! Then she became a nurse. How happy do you think her patients were to see her walk through the doors?

But "Karma"? I never met her, so I can't comment on whether or not she's a beyotch.
