Here is to Texas getting hot, playing great defense and taking down the # 1 team in the land.

A win tonight sure would take the pain away from the past 4 of 6 games we have dropped.

I'll be surprised if we can keep this one close. We've shown nothing lately to suggest that we can hang with an elite team. I hope I'm wrong.
 
I for one will surprised if Texas doesn't win. I think the public reaming given the team by Bilas and others, and the laughable free throw troubles will become just that, something to laugh at. The night is always darkest just before the dawn. I think we hit bottom in Norman and will now begin to adopt an "us against the world attitude". Welcome back big Dex, toss Aldrich around like the Lurch he approximates and let's Hook a big win! Texas by 14 points as we always beat Kansas in Austin by 14 points! Well at least once prior anyway!
 
I hope we shoot better than 37% from the line and play some sort of defense. Still think we're in for an *** trouncing tonight.
 
I will be cheering my *** off in front of my big screen tonight but have no expectations of a win. I don't think the problems that this team has can be fixed this year. I expect to be playing on Thursday in the conference tourney.

I have to teach Developmental Writing from 6 p.m. to 8:50 p.m.. I am hoping to come out to the car when class is over, turn on Craig and Eddie, and find that fantastic doings are going on in the Drum.

Kansas has looked tired and played average basketball the last 3 games. If the Longhorns come out playing inspired they take this game IMO.
 
How does one think we can win if we're only shooting 37% from the line? If we're in a close game late in the secong half, Kansas knows all they have to do is foul us and Kansas pulls away.
 
I will be there rooting passionately for my Horns but I have a bad feelin' about this game. Collins for KU (although a thug) is one tough mofo shooter and defender, turnovers may be what costs us tonite as much as our fail-throws...regardless HOOK EM HORNS, BEAT KU
 
so far both the team and crowd are flat. Quite pathetic home crowd. The amount of KU fans in the fans is embarrassing. We will never have an intimitading home court.
 
It's amazing how other teams seem to move the ball around at will, but Texas looks like it struggles to make every single pass on offense without turning it over. Against every f'n team.
 
If i were damion james i would cuss everybody out at halftime. Maybe even Rick Barnes too. I can't believe we're wasting away such an outstanding performance by our best playe, only to be down 10 at halfitme. Does James have 17 of the 24 points, or is my count off?
