Kansas State RB arrested

'Tis the season just before the season for this to happen. As long as it does not say Texas or UT I just move on and don't say anything negative. We lost that right.

Things seem to have calmed down a bit with Prince as opposed to Snyder ... but there's no way one can equate one bad year at UT with the pattern of stuff that has happened at K-State.

I lived in Manhattan not too long ago. I think the first year I was there, something like 14 Wildcats were arrested -- in the summer. Most for relatively small stuff, but arrests are arrests.

I know I may be over-plotting this, but, don't we want the teams from the North that we DON'T play to be as good as they possibly can?
For one thing, we may need the help. For another; conference prestige.

I'm not sure there's any correlation between the teams from the old Big 8 having players arrested and how they play.

Wait a minute ... let me rethink that ...

Ken Rucker in his new role will serve the University well.

I am confident, not condescending. when I say that those troubles are behind us.

No jinx, no jinx but it has been about a year, give or take since a run in by a current player, right? A whole year?

Take 100 random college-aged males, athletes or not. If you can find such a group that hasn't had a single arrest among them for over a year, that's pretty impressive.
