Kaine vs. Trump

I'm going to be optimistic and assume that Hillary's days as the Democratic nominee are numbered, and that the DNC will tap Kaine to replace her.

It will be interesting to see whether Kaine has enough time to get the name recognition he needs to catch up with what will probably be a big lead for Trump initially.

No way does Lady Macbeth drop out of this election as long as she is still breathing.

I am honestly have no idea who would win between a boring guy no one has ever heard of and Donald Trump. I want to say Kaine would win, but then I remember most voters are nowhere near as informed or active as what you find on this board and many just vote based on simple name recognition or how the name sounds (see how Sam Houston keeps winning the dem primaries in Texas and that crazy Austin guy won the gop local primary).

I'd vote for Biden in a heartbeat over Trump. Kaine, I don't know anything about so I'd research more.

Kaine is right up your alley - probably more so than Biden. Like Bill Clinton but without the ethical baggage and the Wilt Chamberlain-like person life.

Agreed. On the Issues rates Kaine as 60% liberal on social issues and 80% on fiscal issues. He's too liberal fiscally for me, but not so much as to rule him out. Compared to Trump (or Clinton), he's a home run.

I still don't see any way that HRC drops out. Like R's wishing Trump drops out, she will fight any relegation tooth and nail.

I didn't support Trump in the primary but no way I would want him the drop out. The Americans that voted in the GOP primary have spoken and Trump won fair and square. That's the American way. We're not like the Dems and just anoint someone that is the most corrupt person in history.

I'd think you were sick SH if you thought differently. But it's looking like the R's, Independents with some Dems (your people) thrown in are going to elect Donald Trump the next President of the United States. It's happening!!!

Fixed it for you. ;) This election, this quote keeps rattling around in my head.

well for sure Hillary and BO are trying to make Trump seem prejudiced toward blacks. They forgot he is the one who went against Palm Beach's white Dem prejudices by allowing blacks to join Mira Lago. Not to mention the many blacks he has helped and the many he employs.
And all Dems ( including some on here) are hell bent on trying to portray Trump as anti Mexican , even anti immigrant. Dems conveniently leave off the word ILLEGAL.
Hillary is also on record as being adamantly against illegal immigrants( her words) .
No prejudice there I guess:rolleyes1:
