Top of 5. 'Horns trail 3-1 after K-State puts up a 3-spot in the top of the 4th. 1 out single, followed by a walk, another single with a fielding error, a wild pitch, and a squeeze play led to the 3 K-State runs. Cole not having a very good outing today and the bats are still anemic.

Cole doesn't survive the top of the 5th and K-State plates a run. 4-1 kitties going to the bottom of 5.

'Horns rally in the bottom of 7 as bats wake-up a bit:

Tant leads off with a triple and is brought home by an Etier single.
Montalbano pops-up to 1st before the 'Horns load the bases on a Loy single (Etier goes to 3rd on SS interference) and a walk to Payton.
Etier comes home on a bases-loaded walk to Weiss.
Kephart K's looking on a 3-2 pitch.
A Walla single to left field brings home two.
Felts grounds out to SS to end the inning.
'Horns 4-run rally ties the score at 5!

Baylor and Tech are tied at 6 in the bottom of the 9th
Kansas is up 2-0 over Okie Lite in the bottom of the 4th

Loy gets a one out walk and moves to 2nd on a wild pitch.

Payton grounds out to 3rd for the second out.

Weiss gets an intentional pass. Two on, two out for Jonathan Walsh (pinch hitting for Kephart), who pops up to 1st.
