JUST GOT A NEW GRILL!!!

late xmas present....pretty exicited. Just got a above average brinkman stainless steel grill. Says it is already "seasoned" so is there anything else i need to do to it?

You might want to light it and let it burn for a while just to burn off any undesirable substances that might have got on it during the manufacturing/packaging process. I also recommend buying a cover for it. You will add years to its life by doing so.

Let it burn for a bit.....need to wipe it down and do it again.

Got a cover today for it yesterday. Got some cedar planks today, some bear butt stands, need to get some good utensils for it.

Fish basket & a tool with a tong end on one side, spatula on the other (mess free burger flipping).

What is a "bear butt"? Do you mean "beer butt"? That would make more sense, i.e. rear ended chicken. I'm not so sure I want to eat Yogi's ***.
