I love that show every time they show it. A few years ago it so inspired me that when my wife found out how much I donated she nicely let me know I had bought myself a few nights alone on the couch.

I like donating to anything that promotes the arts...I do it for the mfa in Houston, public radio and pbs.

I still have not taken the plunge and donated to PBS or NPR.

But I need to.

I loved it when PBS played The Rolling Stones' Rock N Roll Circus late one night.

pbs showed this incredible Bob Dylan concert from the early 60's a few months ago that almost had me reaching for my checkbook.

I also donate to PBS, Coop Radio and arts like that. Heck, the goodies they give you make it worth it. I also make it a point to support local business that support the stations or individual radio programs by underwriting them. I let them know when I go in tha I heard their spot on the station and thank them for it. They always appreciate it and they are glad to know it worked. A double bonus for all.

Even if you give ten bucks it helps.
