Thanked them for their service but due to their foot-dragging regarding the LHN,
I have made arrangements with Grande Communications to be my new cable, phone, and internet provider.

And they didn't immediately transfer you to the 'retention' Dept.?

I guess they don't do Retention on Saturdays.

I doubt they are too worried about Grande. Once TWC, Comcast and the DISH providers ( or some subset) come on board there will be an all out blitz by the carriers to retain customers
