Just bought a new guitar

Saw one on craigslist for cheap. Made an offer and and its mine. It might be the ugliest guitar known to man but I can't wait to rock it at a show.

Ahhhh...nothing beats a good Montgomery Wards Airline. Original...guessing a copy? Were you lucky enough to get the green color? That color kicks all kinds of *** I must say.

Actually, its a reproduction by Eastwood... But the reviews on Harmony Central were stellar and the guitar was cheap. Cheap guitar + stellar review + I havent bought a new guitar in a year = Crayon made a purchase. And yes, its in Sea Foam green. It will be played at the next Cowbell show.

Long Island - According to the reviews the pickups are super hot so I imagine the damn thing is really loud. And I WOULD actually like to try out the ******* ******... and the Scrotum Smasher, for that matter. It arrives tomorrow so I'll try it out with my 80s boogie cranked up ******* LOUD on the distortion channel and see what kind of damage I can do. Man.... I can't believe our stupid asses decided to take a month off before SXSW. I want to play a show. Damnit.

It arrived this morning. I've never had a chambered electric and it sounds really cool unplugged but its a mean little bastard when I plug it in. Man... I really want to book a gig before the 15th.

My first axe was a Silvertone with a Bigsby tremelo, got it in a pawn shop for $45. A piece of **** now but I still have it. I like this green one though. It's ugly in a pretty way. Like Barbra Streisand.
