I had to make one more visit to tidefans.com to intentionally get kicked off. It wasn't hard but it was gratifying. We have the better team and last night we had the best quarterback. So very proud of this team!

I agree with GHoward. It's frustrating, but it's pointless to go out and say "yeah, we would have beaten you if our guy had just stayed healthy." What does that change? 'Bama won. If the shoe were on the other foot, we'd be howling in the other direction.

What I said was in reply to posts saying we were only in the game because Saban "called off the dogs" and was taking it easy on us. I posted that he was not showing mercy, he went into a shell because with an 18 point lead he didn't trust his offense not to give up some turnovers to let us back in the game. The clincher was saying that instead of saying Saban called off the dogs it is more accurate to say he went into the fetal position offense. I even said no one could predict what would or would not have happened if Colt hadn't gotten hurt. Seems fair to me. Too much for that site, whose admin posted that Texas fans were the worst and most arrogant he had ever seen. I wasn't a dick about it and that board is horrible.
