I love the order but would suggest it would have more weight if this learned jurist had cited Henderson Broadcasting Corp. v. Houston Sports ***'n, Inc. 647 F.Supp 292, 297 fn 2 (S.D. Tex. 1986). ("The Court also takes judicial notice of the dominance of the Oklahoma Sooners over all other collegiate football teams on the field as well as on the telecast.")
