Very sorry to hear this, she seemed like a wonderful person. It was nice to see the photo gallery in the article, that was the era I first started following the program. Very hard to believe it was more than 30 years ago. Condolences to her family and loved ones.

Indeed she was there when it all started and was a great player. Looking the picture gallery was a treat for anyone who has played, coached or who just loves this game. Look at her hands, her shoulders and her feet when she is shooting. And those eyes willing that ball through the basket. Your time here was too short. Thank you for sharing part of it with us.
