Josh Carter- help me out

I love his game.

I've had tons of conversations with my Bro- an aggie- about the guy.

Why isn't he an all conference player. IS there something I'm missing?

He's got a great shot- he can put it on the floor and get to the basket when he wants (though he doesn't seem to often), he's long and athletic.

What is he missing- is it instinct or am I just severly overrating his talent.

I can't help but think he'd be the kind of guy to be a star at UT.

Am I wrong- too harsh- overrating his potential- any thoughts welcome.

An Aggie told me today that he's had trouble adjusting to the motion offense. His strength was being a shooter off of a kick out while he is set. Now he gets the ball coming off screens and hasn't adjusted well.

Josh is incapable of creating his own shot.

I don't know- I've seen him pump fake and dirve to the hoop to good effect- not often- but good when he does it. It's a skill set I believe he has in him.

Yea I agree... The guy is a big underachiever considering his size, athleticism, and skill set. If he ever put it together he could be a first round pick.

Kinda reminds me of Marcus Dove in that sense except replace "great defender" with "great 3 point shooter." Both could be a lot more, but at this point probably won't.

I agree he's better as an inside outside guy than off the screen. That said, he's long and he's got potential out the ***. I also think he's a hard guy not to like based on how he plays.
