Jordan Spieth at the Nelson

This 16 year old made the cut at 3 under par. Vijay Singh and Ricky Fowler didn't make it to the weekend.

Jordan was wering a "Texas Golf" cap and had a Bevo head cover. Nice to see on TV, and they had him in the booth at 18 for an interview. Anyone know if he is going to play at Texas if he doesn't turn pro?

What's even better about his UT Bevo Bag is that the caddy is from OU Sux. Yes, he's going to Texas.

so, it looks like he finished in the top 20! And he really did a good interview also. Sounded like a young man who had been on tour a year or so, nothing like 16.

As a volunteer at the Nelson, I got to see Jordan up close. Solid swing all the way around. It'll be nice to see him come to UT and see how his career progresses. He definitely had the biggest gallery all week/ weekend. Seems like a nice kid too.

The Texas Golf hat is sweet. I've looked all over for one (Co-op, UT Golf Club, Longhorns Ltd.). Any idea where to get one?
