I'm glad to see ex UT transfer players like Sheldon Mclellan, Jaylen Bond and Sterling Gibbs making names for themselves on good teams. It really shows the level and depth of talent Texas is able to recruit year in year out. Jordan is a talented athlete - just an unfortunate byproduct of the change in coach and system.

It's a shame that he never really caught on. I suspect it was a numbers game as much as anything else, with Davis and Mack coming in and immediately stepping into significant minutes. Unless he was a significant upgrade on the defensive end, there just wasn't much of a role left for him.

If he gets to see the court more frequently somewhere else, no doubt he'll turn out to be a solid player.

#114 composite player in the country is what it is. Not to disparage the young man...it's just a highly competitive sport in a deep league. 6'6" is a tough size to work with at the college level too.

I think Jordan was probably in too big of a market and just couldn't come up fast enough. He's going to do well at a smaller school.
