What is y'all's opinion on the various job websites (Monster, Career Builder, etc...)

I'm ready for a professional change and want to know the best place to start looking for new opportunities.

In case it matters, I have a Electrical / Computer Engineering degree and 6+ years of engineering/project management experience. Is one of the job sites better suited for my background?

If you sign up for Career Builder, you'll never stop receiving requests for interviews. Trust me, it only sounds good on the surface.

With your credentials, you'd be much better off with a head hunter, preferably one that specializes in your field in an area you'd like to live in.
